Den-Care Smile Center is proud to be a premier provider of dental care, oral surgery and orthodontic treatment with braces to Public Aid, Medicaid, Medical Card and All Kids patients from throughout northern Illinois.
Unlike some dentists, Den-Care Smile Center does not limit the number of Medical Card, Medicaid, Public Aid or All Kids patients that we see. We do our best to accept every patient with Public Aid dental coverage and provide you with the quality care you require and deserve.
Dr. Gustav Kozina and the professional staff at Den-Care Smile Center are licensed providers of General Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Restorative Dentistry and Orthodontic treatment with braces and accepts most dental insurance plans including Medicaid, Public Aid and All Kids in Illinois.
