Dental Insurance

Dental insurance can be confusing with terms like deductibles, annual maximums, allowed amounts, copayments and complex dental terminology. Den-Care Smile Center will work with you and help you understand your dental insurance benefits before you accept recommended treatment.

Our North Chicago dental practice and Round Lake Beach dentist offices accept most major dental insurance and we’re happy to answer your dental insurance questions at any time.

Public Aid, Medicaid, Medical Card and All Kids Coverage

Den-Care Smile Center is an approved provider for general dentistry, oral surgery procedures, including tooth extractions, and orthodontic treatment with braces for patients on All Kids, Public Aid, Medical Card and Medicaid in Illinois.

The doctor doing my wisdom teeth had some difficulties extracting my wisdom teeth but thank god he was able to get Dr. Kozina to help him on a Saturday morning. He got it out in less than 5 minutes.
