We participate in most insurance company PPO's in order to make quality dental care affordable for our patients.

For those without the benefit of dental insurance, we offer a low cost membership in our own discount dental plan, with discounts up to 50% to make routine diagnostic and preventive visits easier on your pocketbook. Major treatment discounts are up to 30%.

The discounts that we offer with payment at or before time of service, create fee levels that are similar to those that are designated by the insurance companies whose plans we participate in.

Our goals as health care professionals are to provide our patients with the opportunity to have thorough dental exams, preventive care and instruction, treatment plans that are fair and well thought out, and an awareness of insurance benefits to minimize out of pocket expenses.

All routine dental procedures are provided in our offices, as well as surgery, root canals, and orthodontics.

Orthodontics has been practiced by office founder, Dr. Gus Kozina, since 1986. Orthodontic treatment goals are to minimize the use of permanent tooth extractions to complete treatment, while creating full, wide smiles and esthetic facial balance.
